ERHICON - Milk pasteurizer control unit
Description
The microprocessor control unit in the photo above meets the demands of the new German milk authority.
In connection with the recorder, WAL offers a complete add-on kit for all milk pasteurizers. It can also be fitted to new equipment and contains all necessary temperature and pressure sensors.
Each device prototype has been tested by the Federal Dairy Research Centre, Kiel and the acceptance tests that are carried out by official engineers in each German Federal State. In addition to the legally required monitoring functions, WAL offers further advantages for its complete solution:
